Automation of Financial Planning in leasing | 17.10.07 «Business Soft Line» has finished transfer to the first stage of commercial operation of System of the Administrative Account and Financial Planning (ISAA&FP) for the «Nomos - Bank» Leasing group. Target audience of ISAA&FP – top-managers of the company and financial analysts. ISAA&FP is developed, as an original configuration on the 1C:Enterprise 8.0 platform. The first stage of ISAA&FP structure includes decisions for credit and leasing portfolios management. Basic purpose of problems of the first stage of ISAA&FP: to carry out a number of calculations over the data of portfolios, to form the analytical reporting on each company of group of the companies and the summary analytical reporting on group of the companies.
The analysis of the data of leasing portfolio is possible in following contexts: branch accessory lessees, contracts, divisions (branches and the companies entering into the «Nomos Bank» Leasing group ), types of property leased, sources of financing, degree of financing of the contract, types of the accounting of property, etc.
The analysis of the data of a credit portfolio is possible in contexts: banks, currencies, types of credits, additional agreements, lessees, leasing contracts.
According to portfolios calculations of percent on credit contracts, both for planned, and for actually received and extinguished sums are carried out. Calculations take into account interest rates, the size of a trenches, etc. Reporting on group of the companies includes current reports on the concluded contracts of leasing, the report on structure of a leasing portfolio, the report on changes of a leasing portfolio, the report on loan debts and financing sources, the report on the transfer of property leased. There is a possibility to form the reports reflecting the data, both from the account of leasing contracts, and from the account of credits. For example, it is possible to generate the report showing added/planned leasing percent and added/planned percent under credit contracts, corresponding to these leasing contracts.
ISAA&FP is developed, as one of three integrated subsystems of leasing group «Nomos - Bank» IS. First two subsystems: the Automated System of Document circulation (ASD) and Accounting Information System (AIS) were developed and introduced during 2004 – 2006. Quantity of branches where IS is installed - 19, quantity of workplaces more than 180. ISAA&FP is installed on 20 workplaces.
